THE SALTAIRES

The Saltaires is Utah’s premier men’s barbershop chorus, known for singing four-part harmony in the unique barbershop style that everyone loves! Based in Salt Lake City and formed in 1989, the award-winning Saltaires are part of the Barbershop Harmony Society and are frequent qualifiers and competitors at the annual international BHS conventions, having ranked in the top 10 in the world multiple times. The Saltaires are joined by their sister chorus, Mosaic, a newly formed all-voices barbershop chorus. These choruses are dedicated to preserving and advancing the uniquely American art form of barbershop harmony.

In celebration of America 250 and Veterans Day, the Saltaires Chorus is proud to present an evening of Americana music, sung in the barbershop style at which they excel! Barbershop was born in America! So, along with Americana songs, the Saltaires, with sister barbershop chorus Mosaic and local quartets, will present a rousing and sentimental variety of barbershop tunes which are sure to lift your spirits and send you home with joy in your hearts!
