Description

Join us at the large pavilion in shady SCERA Park (just north of SCERA Pool) to watch incredible local potters create and compete in fresh and new wheel throwing challenges. Bring the kids to do sidewalk chalk art…we’ll have boxes of chalk available for free. Following the event at 8pm is the final concert of the summer at SCERA Shell Outdoor Theatre with 1964: THE BEATLES TRIBUTE followed by fireworks. Concert tickets for purchase at scera.org.

ATTENTION POTTERS: Click here for details and to apply to participate in the throwdown competition, with guest judge Jody Benson, Timpanogos High School Ceramic & 3D Art Teacher. There is a $150 cash prize for the winner plus each potter gets one free ticket to the 1964 THE BEATLES TRIBUTE concert at SCERA Shell Outdoor Theatre that night at 8pm.
