RIDE FOR THE ARTS
A charity motorcycle ride benefiting SCERA’s Endowment for the Arts
FIRST THINGS FIRST! Click here to fill out and submit our mandatory legal release form online – this will save you time at check in on the day of the ride.
Join us for our seventh RIDE FOR THE ARTS, a charity motorcycle ride benefiting SCERA’s Endowment for the Arts, a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization. A beautiful summer day. A group of friends on motorcycles. The open road. A concert at the SCERA Shell Outdoor Theatre. If this sounds like the perfect way to spend a warm summer day and support a worthy local charity, you’re in the right place! We’re excited to continue this tradition at SCERA and look forward to having you and all the riders you know be part of it.
NEW THIS YEAR! In years past, we’ve had a concert the same night as the Ride, but it ended up being a long day. So based on feedback, we are letting you choose from one of two great concerts at the SCERA Shell Outdoor Theatre – complete with a VIP reception, catered dinner, meet and greet and professional photo with the artist, along with a ticket to the concert. You can choose from country music superstar CLAY WALKER on Friday, August 28th (the night before the ride) or ARRIVAL: THE MUSIC OF ABBA on Labor Day, Sept. 7 (a week after the Ride). We’ll rope off a section of the hill with complimentary chairs reserved just for our riders!
9:00am-10:00pm We’ll begin our adventure at the SCERA Center for the Arts, with check in, registration and a light breakfast. This is a great hour to mingle and make new friends!
10:00am Kickstands up and we’ll hit the road, making our way on a beautiful ride to Wolf Creek, ending up back at Timpanogos Harley Davidson in Lindon about three and half hours later. A photographer will come along and take photos (we’ll send you the link), and his car will have cold water and snacks to enjoy on our breaks.
1:30pm After the ride, we’ll have lunch at Timpanogos Harley Davidson and give away some great prizes. We’ll even be giving away a FREE RIDER & PASSENGER for our 2016 Ride for the Arts.
