Description
We’re throwing a Latin American party filled with Utah’s best dancers, singers and musicians, featuring special guest Yunuen Carrillo, Utah’s most respected mariachi singer, as well as Ballet Viva el Folklore Dancers, and Mariachi Mexico de Utah Band. A multi-cultural celebration filled with colorful costumes, international dances and energizing music, these acclaimed groups have performed on many of the most prestigious stages in Utah, including Kingsbury Hall, LDS Conference Center, Rio Tinto Stadium, Thanksgiving Point, Maverick Center, and have brought Hispanic performing arts to colleges and arts festivals across the state.
OPTIONAL ADD ON: We are offering a pre-show Mexicana dinner from Custom Catering prior to the concert at 6:00pm in Room 201 right next to the theatre. The cost is $15/person and reservations can be made online or by calling (801) 225-ARTS between 10am-6pm weekdays. Maximum of 100 people. Concert ticket must be purchased separately.
