CHRISTMAS WITH AUBREE OLIVERSON & FRIENDS
Christmas originals, holiday favorites and classical works featuring state, national and international violin virtuoso Aubree Oliverson, Lily Oliverson and the Timpanogos High School Chamber Singers.
Aubree is a violin virtuoso who just played with the Costa Rica and Puerto Rico National Symphonies, and performed at the Verbier Summer Festival in Switzerland (the most prestigious music festival in Europe) where she was in residence for the month of July and won the 2021 Special Prize of Merit for Violin. Aubree will solo three times with the Utah Symphony on their Forever Mighty Tour in August, and go on to perform in Italy, Austria, Louisiana and Los Angeles before returning home for this hometown holiday concert. Aubree is a state, national, and international violin competition winner, who has performed to rave reviews in Japan, England, China, Italy, and locations across America, including Carnegie Hall, NPR and won the prestigious Dorothy DeLay Violin Competition at the Aspen Music Festival. Aubree was concertmaster with the Gifted Music School at age 14, and at age 15 was invited to attend the Colburn Academy of Music in Los Angeles. Aubree enjoys performing with her talented family, including her father, talented pianist and composer Dr. Stephen Oliverson, with whom she has recorded four award-winning albums, and her sister Lily. Lily Oliverson won the 2021 Utah Valley Symphony Concerto Competition and was concertmaster for the Cumberland Orchestra at the Sewanee Summer Music Festival in Tennessee in July 2021. They will be joined by the Timpanogos High School Chamber Singers.
