ADULT BALLET: Intermediate
Improve technique, strength and skill with more advanced barre work and across-the-floors
Geared for adult dancers who have some training in basic ballet. In this eight week intermediate course, you’ll improve technique, strength and skill doing warm-ups, barre work and across-the-floors. Appropriate dance attire includes yoga pants, sweats, t-shirts, tank tops, etc. and tennis shoes or ballet shoes. No bare feet.
