Music/Dance/Theatre Workshop: Ever wanted to perform on stage like a pro? Learn from the best in this triple threat workshop for ages eight to 22. See what it takes to make it on Broadway and hone your skills learning musical theatre from Broadway professionals. This interactive workshop for young artists will develop performance skills, self-confidence and creativity taught by experienced Broadway professionals committed to identifying, encouraging and nurturing emerging talent. The class is limited to 150 students and will be divided into three small groups that rotate through intenstive workshops.
Audition Master Class: Limited to just 30 students ages eight to 22, this class is amazing and will prepare participants for Broadway auditions and give them the skills, tips and confidence to do their best in any audition. Students should bring a headshot, resume and be prepared to sing 16 to 32 bars of a song of their choice.
These two great workshops will be taught by:
PAUL CANAAN: A judge from the MTV reality show Legally Blonde: The Musical; Thoroughly Modern Millie (Broadway); Miss Saigon (Broadway); and La Cage Aux Folles (Broadway).
DAVE BARRUS: A performer in Les Miserables (Broadway); Chess (w/Josh Groban - Broadway); and an in-demand vocal coach.
MEGAN LARCHE: Casting Director for A Chorus Line (Broadway); The Lion King (Broadway); Grease (Broadway); Hairspray (Film).
